Aquaman

Concept Design | HUD Design | VFX | Compositing | Title Design

In addition to tons of concept artwork to visualize the in-world, underwater technology, we were given the exciting opportunity to create an original bespoke take on the iconic Warner Bros. and DC studio animation.

We pursued several styles that fit snuggly within the context of the film before landing on an underwater look that depicts a long forgotten WB logo resting on the sea bed, with years of damage and grime coating the surface.

Studio Fanfare

In addition to creating concept artwork and HUD design/animation for the film, we were given the great honor of contributing to Warner Bros Pictures’ century-old, illustrious tradition of unique studio fanfares to open their films. We opted for an underwater scene to fit with the rest of the film’s aesthetic, resulting in an ominous and foreboding fanfare.
