Prototype is an original short film written and directed by Andrew Will. The short film focuses on scenes derived from the feature film script of the same title. An experimental drone soldier is hunted by the FBI’s elite after being endowed with the human consciousness of its creator.

A teaser for Prototype was edited from the short film footage and released on YouTube. To date, it is one of the highest viewed independent teasers ever released. Since releasing the short, Cantina has since developed the original feature film SOLUS alongside Andrew Will.
