Responsibilities

• Manage projects from bidding through delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of producer experience at a studio or agency focused on motion graphics, animation, or VFX projects

Responsibilities

• Manage design and animation of motion graphics, concept treatments and delegate design orientated tasks

• Work with the VFX supervisor and Producer to oversee the final appearance of VFX shots, including the integration of elements

• Pitch design and VFX concepts to clients and production teams

• Ensure project completion on a timeline

• Interpreting client feedback into effective direction

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and animators

Skills & Experience

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Strong leadership abilities

• Demonstrated ability to produce and deliver high-quality design and animation

• Mastery of the Adobe suite especially After Effects and Cinema 4d

• Be self-motivated and handle tight deadlines

• Must be able to work well within a team environment and take initiative

• Knowledge of Shotgrid software is a plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years VFX industry experience in supervisory roles or similar

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of compositors, briefing them on their tasks and providing constructive feedback throughout the project

• Oversee all compositing aspects of visual effects production

• Work closely with VFX supervisors to ensure timely completion of shots

• Ensure consistency and develop production methodologies

• Manage the production workflow and pipeline

• Mentor junior and mid-level VFX artists and provide feedback on best practices

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of related production experience with proven compositing leadership experience for feature film & Episodic Television

• Extensive experience with VFX, photoreal compositing, tracking, grading, roto, prep, cleanup, standards, technical and software expertise, image formats, film and photographic principles

• A keen eye for technical detail

• Mastery of Nuke, After Effects and the VFX Pipeline

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Python and Javascript

• Experience and knowledge of Shotgrid

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years VFX industry experience in supervisory roles
